Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at the new ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient cash handling and operation of store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
