Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate for our new store. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring a clean store environment. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance during the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Operate cash register, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
