Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our new store team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain accurate cash transactions.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is well-organized.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
