Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans. You will have the opportunity to train and prepare for taking on the responsibilities of running your own store.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate and model company values to promote teamwork among employees.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and staffing levels.
• Conduct training, development, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Ensure store payroll and budgets are met.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
