Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing all aspects of store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and fostering team development.

Store Manager Trainee Starting Wage:

$28.00 per hour

Estimated Store Manager Earning Potential Year 1:

Up to $102,500

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance
• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolution
• Maintain store signage and product quality
• Assist in hiring and training store personnel
• Establish job responsibilities and expectations
• Conduct store meetings and performance evaluations
• Manage payroll, budgets, and cash audits
• Identify training opportunities for team members
• Maintain a safe store environment

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Prior retail management experience preferred

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Prior management experience is a plus
