Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of successfully running a store, preparing you to eventually manage your own store. In this role, you will supervise day-to-day store activities, ensure overall store performance, manage staffing needs, develop operational plans, and mentor the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness standards.
• Manage staffing by preparing schedules and conducting hiring activities.
• Communicate company values to create a cohesive team environment.
• Conduct store meetings, provide training opportunities, and evaluate employee performance.
• Monitor store budgets, inventory levels, and product merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
