We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Store Manager Trainee. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to successfully run a store, supervise daily operations, manage schedules, and develop operational plans while mentoring and leading your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate company values and strategies to create a cohesive team environment.
• Hire and train store personnel, manage schedules, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Previous retail experience and management skills preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to travel within divisional requirements.
