We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to efficiently run a store, manage day-to-day operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining store performance, staffing, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and team performance to deliver top-notch customer service

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with budgeting, personnel management, and retail operations
