Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

Aldi is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to train on all aspects of successfully running a store. This role involves supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations for high customer service levels.
• Communicate company values to create teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store standards.
• Assist in hiring and managing store personnel.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and conduct store meetings.
• Identify training opportunities and conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage budgets, monitor competitors, and provide product feedback.
• Ensure a safe environment and oversee product merchandising.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Interpret company policies and establish performance goals.
• Prior retail experience and management skills.
• Operate equipment and stay organized.

Travel

Full-Time Store Manager Trainees may train at multiple locations.
