Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. This role involves comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will oversee daily store operations, monitor performance, address staffing needs, create operational plans, and mentor and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Ensure store signage, product quality, and freshness standards are maintained.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage staff scheduling.
• Train, evaluate, and provide feedback to team members to drive performance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail and prior management roles preferred.
• Willingness to travel and train in various locations as required.
