Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training on all aspects of store management. You will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing, developing action plans, and mentoring the team.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel costs, and expenses.
