Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational strategies, and coaching and developing team members.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $101,000 (including salary and bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
