Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi and train on all aspects of efficiently running a store. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring superior customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and exemplify company values to foster teamwork.
• Manage customer concerns to resolution and maintain product quality.
• Participate in recruitment, scheduling, and training of store personnel.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for safety and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to qualify for the position.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrate effective leadership and customer service skills.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Prior retail experience with management background is preferred.
