Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for managing a store effectively. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to provide top-quality customer service.
• Communicate and model company values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Manage customer concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store signage and product quality standards.
• Participate in the hiring process and staff development.
• Prepare and revise schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Set clear job expectations and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure store budget and performance goals are met.
• Monitor competitive market and provide feedback for improvement.
• Oversee product merchandising and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Prior management experience is desirable.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to a diploma.
• Previous management experience is a plus.
