Full-Time Store Manager Trainee (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi's new store. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of the store, supervising the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining overall store performance. You will have the opportunity to develop operational plans, manage schedules, and mentor the team while preparing to take on the responsibilities of running your own store.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training needs for the store.
• Maintain store appearance and product quality standards.
