Position Title: Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead

Compensation: $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities

At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to create an uplifting fitness experience for our members. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and driving performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance and drive Studio and Group Fitness attendance through effective class scheduling and management.
- Ensure all equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and flawlessly executed for member experiences.
- Lead ongoing instructor development and conduct training sessions to maintain high-quality programming.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and foster an inclusive fitness community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness and creating a positive community environment.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results.
