Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness, a 'Great Place to Work' certified company. As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting fitness experience, maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage, and fostering a sense of community within our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and exceed cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches to deliver high-quality classes.
• Create a welcoming environment that motivates, uplifts, and creates a sense of community among members and guests.
