- Recruit and train talented instructors and coaches
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage
- Ensure financial targets and KPIs are met or exceeded
- Provide world-class member experience
- Support ongoing instructor development and training
- Create a culture of care, connection, and accountability
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness industry leadership
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about fitness and creating a positive environment
