Job Description
We are looking for a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness, a company dedicated to providing an inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness experience. As a GFSTL, you will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by creating an exceptional and uplifting environment for members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff schedules with talented instructors and coaches.
- Drive STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure world-class member experience through flawless execution of playbooks, initiatives, and programs.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
- Create connections and foster a culture that aligns with the company's core values.
Requirements
- Experience in fitness industry recruitment and staffing.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering community.
