Salary: $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Group Fitness and Studio Team.
- Drive STUDIO and Group Fitness usage and membership growth.
- Recruit, train, and coach talented instructors and coaches.
- Ensure a world-class member experience through flawless execution and continuous improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and create a motivating community.
Requirements
- Experience in leading Group Fitness or Studio teams.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for fitness and wellness.
- Certifications in fitness training and coaching preferred.
