Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage through strategic scheduling and program development.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences through high-energy classes and community engagement.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive business results.
- Passion for fitness, community building, and delivering high-quality programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
