As the Group Fitness Program Lead at VASA Fitness, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. You will recruit, train, coach, and support a team of instructors and coaches to deliver world-class member experiences.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and engagement
- Analyze and optimize STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces for financial targets and KPIs
- Ensure equipment maintenance, clean STUDIO spaces, and flawless execution of marketing events and programs
- Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and mentorship
- Deliver exceptional member experiences through high-energy classes and community building
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fitness management or a related role
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Certification in fitness instruction or personal training preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
