VASA Fitness - Group Fitness Program Lead
Position Type: Full-time, Salary
Compensation: $19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches
- Drive STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to achieve KPIs
- Optimize class schedules for member convenience and engagement
- Maintain clean and safe STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces
- Provide ongoing training and development for Instructors and Coaches
Requirements:
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field
- Strong leadership and recruitment skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive results
