Group Fitness Program Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Group Fitness Program Lead to join the VASA Fitness team as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional fitness experience that maximizes studio and group fitness usage while ensuring that key performance indicators are met. Your focus will be on recruiting talent, achieving outstanding results, delivering a world-class member experience, training and supporting ongoing instructor development, and creating connections with members and guests. Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure the studio and group fitness spaces provide a world-class member experience.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high standards.
• Deliver exceptional high-energy classes that motivate, uplift, and create community.
