Hiring Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking individuals with The Skill & The Will to deliver personalized transportation and logistics solutions to our customers. As a team member, you will be responsible for transporting cargo to and from various destinations, loading and unloading trailers, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

General Description of Duties

- Pickup and delivery of cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
- Loading and unloading trailers using proper techniques and procedures.
- Actual duties and schedule may vary by terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of tractor/trailer experience required, training available for eligible candidates.
• Class-A CDL with specific endorsements and safe driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen and meet medical requirements.
