Job Description
We are looking for a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As a key member of our transportation and logistics team, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations within proximity of our consolidation/distribution center. General Description of Duties
The primary responsibilities include the pickup and delivery of cargo using proper techniques and procedures, as well as loading and unloading trailers. Duties and schedules may vary based on terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (Training available for candidates with less experience).
- Class-A CDL with specific endorsements and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and medical requirements.
