Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join our dedicated team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing goal-oriented care plans and contributing to discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license, or compact state license is a must.
