Job Description
We are currently looking for a Home Care LPN to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. You will work closely with our supportive team to implement patient-centered care plans and contribute to discharge planning.
