As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service and maintenance calls, analyzing and resolving customer problems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Performs residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision.
- Diagnoses and resolves customer problems in a professional and accurate manner.
- Inspects and services heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as required.
- Ensures excellent customer service and promotes products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 to 5 years of HVAC experience.
- Valid licensing or certification as required by laws/regulations.
- EPA and safety certifications.
- Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment and accessories.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy items.
