Responsibilities
- Perform commercial service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision
- Diagnose and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately
- Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and part deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products and services
- Maintain company property and uphold ethical business practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, with 2-5 years of HVAC experience
- Valid HVAC certifications and safety credentials
- Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment and troubleshooting systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and work in various environmental conditions
