Position Summary:
Under minimal supervision, performs diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment. Communicates with customers, resolves issues, and ensures customer satisfaction. Works under the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
- Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and prevent breakdowns.
- Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery/removal.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, 0-2 years experience in a technical setting.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
