Job Description
L.L.Bean is looking for a motivated Industrial Master Electrician to join our team at the high-tech Order Fulfillment Center in Freeport. This full-time role offers a competitive starting salary at $37.00 per hour, premium pay for night shifts, great benefits, a generous employee discount, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. As an Industrial Master Electrician, you will be responsible for performing senior-level electrical maintenance functions and ensuring electrical safety across the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support for electrical maintenance across departments.
- Perform preventative maintenance on complex industrial equipment.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot robotics, sorting, and vision systems.
- Support power distribution and lighting systems maintenance.
- Act as a mentor to junior electricians and collaborate with internal clients on technology requirements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Licensed Master Electrician with industrial maintenance experience.
- Advanced knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E.
- Experience with PLCs, blueprints, and electrical controls troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively.
- Valid state driver's license and willingness to work at heights above 30 feet.
