Journeyman Plumber

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team at Broad Ripple - Service Experts. As a Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light-commercial environments. This position requires a plumbing and/or gas license as required by governmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer plumbing problems professionally and accurately.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, replacing defective washers, pipes, or mending broken fixtures.
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications to plan pipe installations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with formal plumbing training.
• Four years' experience in plumbing and/or gas work.
• Knowledge of national, state, and local plumbing codes.
• Effective communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours.
