Position Summary:
We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to handle the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting products and services, and supporting team training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment following company and manufacturer guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products/services
- Manage equipment delivery and removal
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools
- Assist with quality audits and training activities
Health & Safety Roles:
- Report unsafe conditions and hazards
- Comply with safety policies and procedures
- Participate in safety initiatives
- Immediately report incidents or injuries
- Contribute to developing safety plans
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma with HVAC certification
- EPA and safety certifications
- Advanced mechanical and technical skills
- Effective communication and time-management abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments
