We are looking for a Lead Installer responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. As part of our team, you will communicate with customers, ensure customer satisfaction, promote products and services, train other installers, and assist in work audits and planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories according to company requirements.
- Design, fabricate, and install ducts as necessary.
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote products/services.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of company property, vehicles, and tools.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor in all business matters.
- Assist in site supervision, planning, and estimating.
- Train other installers in technical skills and company procedures.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training certification.
- Valid HVAC licensing or certification as required by laws/regulations.
- EPA and safety certifications.
- Proficient in HVAC equipment functionality and installation.
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
- Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
- Physical ability to maneuver in various environments and lift heavy objects.
