Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Nurse (LPN or LVN) to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Paducah. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments to residents following protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident communications and medical alerts.
- Ensure confidentiality of resident and employee information.
- Monitor medication inventory and notify pharmacy of any discrepancies.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state.
- Comfort and experience working with the elderly.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- CPR certification and willingness to attend monthly in-services.
- Successful background check required for employment.
