Genesis Healthcare at Lebanon Center is currently seeking a dedicated Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day, evening, and night shifts. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering efficient nursing care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments following physician orders.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
