Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process by completing items on the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments, ensuring optimal patient care and nursing center reimbursement.
Position Highlights
- Direct and oversee the RAI process.
- Develop individualized resident Care Plans.
- Provide training on clinical content and electronic MDS completion.
Requirements
- Active LPN license.
- Prior experience in healthcare facilities.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations.
- Computer literacy, including Windows applications.
