Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process by completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) to ensure top-quality patient care and proper nursing center reimbursement.
Position Highlights
- Lead the interdisciplinary RAI process and ensure accurate completion, encoding, and electronic transmission of the MDS.
- Assist in developing personalized resident Care Plans in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Train new team members on clinical content and electronic MDS completion.
