Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our geriatric/long-term care team at the Clayton Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
Position Highlights
- Deliver high-quality nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as per state regulations.
