Genesis Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process by completing relevant items on the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) to ensure quality patient care and proper nursing center reimbursement.

Position Highlights
