Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team. As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process, ensuring quality patient care and reimbursement accuracy.
Position Highlights
- Direct the nursing center RAI process and ensure accurate completion of MDS.
- Develop individualized resident Care Plans according to Federal and State regulations.
- Train interdisciplinary team members on clinical content and MDS completion.
Requirements
- LPN license in good standing.
- Prior experience in healthcare facilities.
- Proficiency in MDS completion and Care Plans.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
- Computer skills including Windows applications.
