Job Description
Join us at Exeter Center, an 81-bed facility located in picturesque Exeter, NH, minutes away from Exeter Hospital. We are currently seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a Per Diem basis, offering you the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician's orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of a practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN license from the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification for skilled nursing center or as required.
