Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH, offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care services. As a Per Diem LPN, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
