Licensed Practical Nurse

Genesis HealthCare is looking for a passionate and highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report any changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff members.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
