Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' conditions and report changes
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Supervise patient care provided by support staff

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing school
- Current or pending LPN licensure
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
