We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive nursing care to our patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include resident evaluation, care planning, direct patient care, medication administration, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct resident evaluations and develop care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and monitor care provided by support staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and deliver bedside nursing services.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school and licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
