Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will participate in the Resident Assessment Process, ensuring quality patient care and proper nursing center reimbursement through the completion of necessary documentation.
Position Highlights
- Direct the nursing center's RAI process and ensure compliance with MDS guidelines.
- Develop individualized resident Care Plans based on federal and state regulations.
- Train interdisciplinary team members on clinical content and electronic MDS completion.

Requirements
- LPN license in good standing.
- Prior experience in a healthcare facility.
- Proficiency in general nursing practices and MDS completion.
- Computer skills including Windows applications.
