Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process by completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) to ensure top-quality patient care and reimbursement compliance.
Position Highlights
- Lead the interdisciplinary RAI process and oversee MDS completion and transmission.
- Create personalized resident Care Plans in adherence to Federal and State regulations.
- Provide training on clinical content and electronic MDS completion to new team members.
Requirements
- Active LPN license.
- Prior experience in healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including windows applications.
