We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process by completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) to ensure optimal patient care and proper reimbursement. This position involves leading the interdisciplinary RAI process, developing personalized Care Plans, and training team members.
